The video demonstrates a rather typical situation. The teacher has already completed the "initial configuration". This includes modifying the default OUTPUT SETTINGS if desired and pasting or loading student IDs and names into the software. OUTPUT SETTINGS determine what data is displayed on the screen and included in printed or exported reports. OUTPUT SETTINGS are generally not changed from tests to test. Student Names are input once at the beginning of the school year and possibly updated during the year.

The video shows how a new test is scored. This includes setting up the answer key, scanning the students test cards and then generating the desired reports. Please note, that BubbleWare saves answer keys. If you are giving the same test to multiple classes, you can simply load a saved answer key and speed up the process even further.
