Forms ('scantrons') dropped through the BubbleScan OMR scanner will immediately appear on-screen. Qualitative responses can be entered in the comment section at the bottom of the screen. Multiple answers for a given question will be displayed. In the example below, bubbles 3 and 4 were marked for question 2 (Q2) in the 2nd survey (Sheet No 2) contained
