Using the high-speed BubbleScan 201 you can capture survey data from paper forms into a comma-delimited text file on your PC. With our intuitive Excel (macro) file you can then effort-lessly create frequency/tally reports.
What OMR forms can be scanned?
We can custom design a single- or multi-page survey on sheets up to 8.5x11 (US-letter).

How does it work? What is the process?
- Data is captured to a .csv file using the BubbleScan 201 (OMR) and the simple BubbleCap software.
- With the click of a button, the captured .csv data file is imported into our Excel (macro) file.
- With the click of another button you create a simple frequency/tally report.
